In short: when you submit your details through our "notify me" form, we use them only to let you know when Traction Machinery launches and to follow up on any enquiry you've sent us. We don't sell your information, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Traction Machinery (Pty) Ltd ("Traction Machinery", "we", "us") is a South African importer, assembler and distributor of agricultural machinery. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we are the responsible party for the personal information described in this statement.
Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to give us when you submit our website form — typically your name and email address, and anything else you include in your message. Our form provider may also collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, as part of operating the form.
How we use it

Sharing with third parties
Our website form is powered by a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that processes submissions on our behalf. The CRM may store information on servers outside South Africa; where this happens, we rely on providers that maintain data protection standards consistent with POPIA. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you or until launch, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to ask us to:

- Correct information that's inaccurate or outdated
- Delete information we no longer have a valid reason to keep
- Stop processing your information, including for follow-up contact
